As part of this proposal agreement, the parties agree that a $ non-refundable
deposit will be paid by the party accepting this proposal, at the time of signing of this proposal and agreement.
The parties agree
that FERNANDOS, in order to carry out the proposal, can not reserve the tables/or area for other patrons and must expend monies
for food and staff prior to actual commencement of the event.
The parties signing below understand and agree that cancellation of the
agreed to date and event will cause a forfeiture of the deposit. Any rescheduling of the date and event will require a new
non-refundable deposit under the same terms and conditions as above
